100th Day of School

The 100th Day of School is an important milestone in the school year because it roughly marks the halfway point for the Academic Year. At this point of the year, students can reflect on what they have learnt so far, test their knowledge of their learning and celebrate all their hard work.
This year we celebrated this day with Maths, which is an important part of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) The students have made a beautiful Quilt which is hanging in the Admin Area. We celebrated on Wednesday 26 July 2023 with a story and a parade, with the students and staff dressing up as 100-year-old people or what it would be like in 100 years in the future.  Students were presented with prizes for different dress-ups.
A 100 years ago we didn’t have the internet, computers, mobile phones so who knows what we will be travelling in or using communication with in 100 years or if we will live on another planet!
