Monday 14 August, we celebrated all things Science for National Science Week at Kewdale Primary School. The theme of this year’s science week was “Innovation: Powering future industries”. On Monday, Frankie and Damon from Scitech presented their ‘Hands On’ show for Kindy to Year 3 and the ‘Mystery Hunters’ show for Year 4 to Year 6. With some help from the fabulous Kewdale Primary students, Damon showed us how objects could be stretched, twisted, spun and shaken. Frankie wowed us with the assassin’s teapot, light illusions and an amazing colour changing liquid.
