At the heart of our school is our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) – a passionate team of parents, guardians & community members who organise events and fundraisers that contribute to a vibrant and enriching school life, whilst raising much needed funds for school projects and equipment.
What we do
Being part of the P&C is more than just volunteering – it’s about working alongside staff to build a stronger, more connected school community.
As a P&C member, you’ll enjoy the rewards of making a real difference, while fostering meaningful connections with other parents and gaining a strong sense of belonging.
Annual P&C events and fundraising initiatives include the Student Disco, Mother’s and Father’s Day Stalls, Raffles, Frozen Fridays, Cake Stalls, Containers for Change and Colour Run. The P&C also manage the Uniform Shop.
To stay up to date with P&C events follow our Facebook page here.
Become a member
Whilst a committee is formed at the AGM, which is held in February of each year, new members are welcome at any stage. An annual payment of $1 ensures all P&C members have voting rights at our meetings.
All parents, guardians and members of the community are welcome to attend P&C meetings. We have 2 meetings each term that are generally held in Weeks 4 & 7 in the KPS Community Room from 6pm – 7.30pm.
