Planting has officially begun in our Early Childhood area as part of our Let’s Grow Project! This grants project is funded by the WA Government through the Let’s Grow Leafy and liveable communities’ program, which helps boost urban tree canopy and greening across Perth and Peel.
Today, we planted a wonderful selection of edible plants, including Rosmarinus ‘Tuscan Blue’, Baby Bay Leaf, Tucker Bush White Kunzea, Tucker Bush Jambinu Zest and Tucker Bush Boobialla.
What a lovely way to enhance our Early Childhood space while creating opportunities for our students to connect with nature, learn about plants and enjoy the benefits of an edible garden.
We can’t wait to watch our garden and trees grow!
